Internship

for next year i want to find an internship where the mentor is cool and hyper and likes to have fun like Braunz from Casa Segura and i would like an internship that relates to geting skills and knowledge of the medical field

Have you ever worked with supplies such as sex kits, crack kits, cookers etc? do you know what well at Casa Segura sex kits, crack kits, cookers etc? At Casa Segura you get to experience and learn to work around that environment and getting to know how to be safe when using drugs so at Casa Segura they teach you about harm reduction. also how effective harm reduction can be to a person who uses drugs.

imagen being in someones shoes that cant think of anything to write about and is sleepy and forgot how to do a hook? so just siting down remembering how to do a hook which can easilt be taken care of by going to my back pack but im to lazy to walk all the way to my mentors office.

lost papersss???!!!!!!

lost my papers for advisory.. this morning young whan gaved us a reading pack i placed it inside my backpack and once i got to my internship i couldnt find them it like they just disappered and i didnt know what to do so im just waiting for tommorow to do it in the morning. at first i was nervouse about not doing my homework today but i have to over come that and just make sure i get up early and do it tommorow morning!!!

today at HEPPAC its a non normal day sence most of the staff isnt here so there are only 3 and with me there are 4. so im watching the front which means i have to welcome people and see what i can help them with. i really feel wierd for not really doing anything but watch the front but its okey since its a slow day. on thursdays its usally a fast day everybody going every where and theres so much to do for the needle exchange. well thats about all i can say for now.

most chanllengeing thing in my internship!!!!

one of the most challengeing part of my internship is to say no to someone. im a person i dont turn away from easily and say no to if u ask me for something to be done il say yes and finish it fast and comlete.in my internship i always hear my name around HEPPAC and i always go where am needed. i also get the job done nice and fast. its good i dont say no easily to do something at my internship so anywhere they say my name im there. the problem with not being able to say no is i wont be able to do my indepented work such as my school work. so now i have to work on saying no when its needed and finish my work that is being ask for in my internship.
